Reviews and Ratings
The hotel offered me a room that overlooked the square, which turned out to be surprisingly quiet thanks to noise-blocking windows. Although they initially tried to upsell me to a more superior room for an additional cost, the room was spacious and had efficient air conditioning. The first night was a bit noisy due to the square, but overall, a comfortable stay.
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with stunning views of the Pantheon from the balcony and a cozy room. The service was top-notch, and the central location made exploring Rome a breeze. While the dining options were good, the room views varied in quality.
The hotel offers a grandstand view of the street entertainment from the lofted bedrooms, which can be noisy until late at night. The main building provides coffee and tea for guests, adding to the overall charm of the location. The service is friendly and helpful, although there was a slight miscommunication about an arranged pick-up. The central location is a perfect base for exploring Rome, with major sites within easy walking distance. Dining offers a wide selection of delicious breakfast options, albeit with some minor room layout quirks. The facilities are convenient and well-kept.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The small suite lacks natural light and feels very basic, not meeting the plushness portrayed in website photos. However, the rooms are clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated within a historic 16th-century building. Despite being a bit small, they still provided a comfortable stay.
The hotel offers a mix of positive and negative aspects. The rooms, though needing some attention in places like plumbing and the small bathroom, were lovely overall with a comfy bed and great amenities. The location is unbeatable facing the Pantheon, but noise could be an issue for light sleepers. The service was excellent, very helpful and friendly, while the dining experience exceeded expectations. A solid choice with some room for improvement.
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience. The location is unbeatable, just steps away from the Pantheon and surrounded by great dining options. The rooms were spacious with elegant decor and top-notch cleanliness, though being close to the elevator may cause some noise. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, enhancing our stay with their exceptional service.
The hotel's rooms were very dark and dingy, lacking light and with an unpleasant view of the man-made conservatory breakfast room. Despite requesting a change, we were informed it would only be possible at an extra cost, which was disappointing considering the high price we had already paid for a 5-night stay. The breakfast in the artificial conservatory was underwhelming.
I had a great time staying at this hotel. The location is amazing, with easy access to Rome's beautiful fountains, Piazza Navona, the Spanish Steps, and, of course, the Pantheon. The rooms are nice, even elegant, and offer stunning views. The service was exceptional, especially considering we were traveling with our 4-month-old baby. The central location made exploring the city a breeze. The dining experience was wonderful, offering excellent buffet options with plant-based alternatives. The only downside was the lack of natural light in the dining area.
Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. On the bright side, the rooms offer amazing views of the Pantheon, but they are on the smaller side with an unpleasant view to the hotel's 'backside. ' The charming two-level setup with a sofa bed in the living room downstairs and the master bedroom upstairs was a nice touch. Although the rooms overlook the piazza and provide a grandstand view of street entertainment, they can be noisy until late at night.
